The Alliance for Climate Protection

The Alliance for Climate Protection persuades the American people – and people elsewhere in the world – of the importance and urgency of adopting and implementing effective and comprehensive solutions for the climate crisis. They have undertaken an unprecedented mass persuasion exercise based on scientific facts. Through a combination of non-partisan alliances with Americans from all walks of life and innovative and far-reaching communication techniques the Alliance focuses on presenting the facts about climate change and its solutions to the general public in an accurate, clear and compelling manner. Defenders of Wildlife

Defenders of Wildlife is a national, nonprofit membership organization, dedicated to the protection of all native animals and plants in their natural communities. Founded in 1947, Defenders of Wildlife championed of the Endangered Species Act, the landmark law that protects them. The Princeton Review’s College Green Ratings

The Princeton Review helps over half of university-bound students research, apply to, prepare for and learn how to pay for their higher education.  They partnered with ecoAmerica to create and launch the first comprehensive Green Ratings for colleges and universities, published in their 2009 368 Best Colleges guidebook and in 2 other related books, published the second edition for 2010 with a new Green Honor Roll and a double digit percentage increase in participating institutions.  On Earth Day 2010 they launched the first college rating guide completely dedicated to green ratings and have continued to release the guide annually.
