For two weeks in November 2022, Heads of State and negotiators, along with climate activists and faith leaders met in the Egyptian coastal city of Sharm el-Sheikh for the 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 27). Faced with a growing climate crisis, COP27 seeks renewed solidarity between countries, to deliver on the commitments made in the landmark Paris Agreement, for people and the planet.
