American Climate Leadership Awards Program Director

Gibbs Rehlen brings over 20 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, international development, and communications. At ecoAmerica, she leads the American Climate Leadership Awards and has served as Senior Network Director and a member of the Executive Management Team. Previously, she advised the CEO of Pact, where she led the organization’s rebrand and supported major initiatives and responsible corporate partnerships. Fluent in Italian, Gibbs spent ten years working in Italy and has also lived and worked in Costa Rica, India, Kenya, and South Sudan. She holds degrees from the University of Vermont and the School for International Training Graduate Institute. Gibbs lives in Vermont with her three children.
