Senior Manager of Learning and Engagement

As Senior Manager of Learning and Engagement at ecoAmerica, Sydney leads the strategy and delivery of the Climate Ambassador program and oversees the learning management system to expand training and engagement across the Climate for Health, Blessed Tomorrow, and Path to Positive Communities programs. She has a B.S. in Political Science from Florida State University and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida. A Gulf Coast Florida native located in Sarasota, she loves spending time on the beach, and her passion for Florida’s ecosystems fuels her commitment to climate solutions and resiliency.
