The second episode in our Let’s Talk Climate series, Leadership on Climate Amidst COVID-19, features a conversation with Bill Becker, Executive Director, Presidential Climate Action Project and Jerry Taylor, President, Niskanen Center.
As we head into a critical election season, COVID-19 demonstrates that government and society can act rapidly when faced with life-threatening issues of scale. In this webcast, we’ll discuss how we apply that to climate change and how can we multi-solve the pandemic, economic, and climate emergencies simultaneously.
Join the must-attend, go-to discussion for the most current and best thinking on climate change, LET’S TALK CLIMATE.
In June we’ll be focusing on how justice and equity are an integral part of climate action. Communities of color, front-line communities, immigrants, and low-income neighborhoods are disproportionately impacted by climate and too often left out of solutions and strategy. We will be talking with leaders who are working at the intersection of equity and climate justice to discuss how leaders can be more intentional in centering their climate action and solutions.
Stay tuned! We’ll be adding new episodes and speakers as they are confirmed.
